Questions
Can I cancel? Yes — any time, from your payment provider or by contacting us. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
Do you hold my money? No. Your funds stay in your own brokerage account. On the hosted bridge you deposit and withdraw directly with your broker.
What if I use a broker you don't support? The bridge matches broker symbols automatically and falls back to a manual mapping file. If a symbol can't be matched we tell you rather than guessing.
